Vitamin B12 is also abundant, for a healthy nervous system and energy.

Wagyu brings a higher percentage of omega-3 & 6 fatty acids than other types of beef, and also has more monounsaturated fats, with a low melting point, wonderful texture, and lots of flavour. Beef liver is low fat and rich in vitamin A & Bs, zinc, copper, and choline, bringing many health benefits for the heart, brain, vision, bones, and muscles.
