Who Needs Dog Shampoo When There’s The Magical Grooming Tab?

Grooming Tab Singapore | Vanillapup

Made in Japan, the Grooming Tab cleanses your dog’s skin and coat thoroughly without the need for harmful chemicals. Yes, it’s safe for eyes and ingestion!

I’m so excited to share with you a new discovery! It’s the world’s first bath tablet for pets called the Grooming Tab.

Bath time is a dreaded affair in my household because I hate getting wet and mama always struggles a little with shampooing my face as I try to wiggle away.

With regular shampoo, you will have to avoid getting it into your dog’s eyes and prevent her from licking it! You will also have to be careful when you rinse it all off.

As for medicated shampoo, you can’t apply it on the face due to its toxicity so you either just wash your dog’s face with water or with another product.

Mama will admit now that the Grooming Tab is a godsend. She loves it so much that she will be getting a new pack once she’s done with the current one.

Here are 5 reasons why we love the Grooming Tab:

1. Safe for eyes and ingestion

Made in Japan, the Grooming Tab dissolves in water to recreate the same water quality as natural carbonated springs. With no harmful ingredients, it is safe for the eyes and for your dog to slurp up during bathtime. Mama uses leftovers for her baths too!

Because of this peace of mind, bathing me becomes much easier and less stressful for the humans.

2. Deep cleans with Bicarbonate Ions

You must be thinking now that something so natural and safe must not be very effective. You’d be surprised that the Grooming Tab is the first cleaning agent that removes mineral waste.

Mineral waste can attract fats, which will turn rancid over time, causing bad odour. Unfortunately, once the ions of minerals get attached to the hair, no soap or chemical surfactant is able to remove it.

The reason why the Grooming Tab cleans so well is because of the Bicarbonate ions that are released when the tab dissolves in water.

Unlike conventional shampoos that only removes grease and dirt, Bicarbonate ions are able to thoroughly cleanse the pores and the roots of the hair. It gets rid of mineral waste and sebum dirt, and thereby removing odour, while preserving the natural sebum and moisture levels of your pet’s skin.

3. No toxic or harmful chemicals

Despite being full of hair or fur, a dog’s skin is only one-third the thickness of a human’s skin.

Unlike humans, their skin is alkaline, and it is important to use a neutral cleansing agent to maintain their skin’s natural pH balance.

The Grooming Tab is also free from fragrances, sulfates, and artificial colorants and paraben, which may cause skin irritation.

4. Improves blood circulation

When bicarbonate ions enter the bloodstream, the body releases nitric oxide from the walls of blood vessels into the blood. This dilates the blood vessels and increases blood circulation. Blood then gets transported to the lungs where bicarbonate ion changes into carbon dioxide and gets released into the air during exhalation.

Mammals produce nitric oxide on our own but it reduces as we age or when we suffer from stress or poor heart health.

5. Convenient and easy to use

The Grooming Tab comes in small round tablets. One tablet is more than enough for me each time. My giant Golden Retriever cousin probably needs 2-3 tablets every bath. Do not break the tab into smaller pieces. It must be used whole to be effective.

What mama likes about these round tabs is that it motivates her to shower me thoroughly as she watches the tab get dissolved completely. If it’s not 90% dissolved, we are not done! It sort of functions like an hourglass for her.

There are 3 ways you can use the Grooming Tab:

1) Soaking

Dissolve 1 x Grooming Tab in 40 litres of water at 35 – 38°C.

Soak your pet for at least 10 minutes for the best results.

3) Wiping & Daily Care

You shower with this without any shampoo? So just1 rinse (using the whole tablet) for bath?

Hi Sylvie! Yup, there’s no need for shampoo because the Bicarbonate ions will do the deep cleaning in place of harsh chemicals. 1 tablet is enough for a small- to medium-sized dog.

thanks, my dog got super sensitive skin..got rashes and itch easily (just like what u shared on ur doggie itchy skin recovery, she went for bioresonance allergy test, currently on monthly + accupuncture under Dr Tai, no treats, no kibbles (sad for her) …does this really ease the itch? btw, I’m interested in the socks from RC Pet Products, may I know what size your maltese is wearing? 🙂 Thanks a lot

It depends on what’s the cause of the rashes and itch. Food allergy is rare but eliminating treats and some food may prevent aggravating the problem. For example, if your dog has a yeast infection, then food with sugar and starch should be avoided.

Latte (westie btw) is wearing both XXS and XS. Her paws are quite small. You should measure your dog’s paws and refer to the size guide to be sure 🙂
